Corrosion protection
  • Coating of tanks:
    Corrosion caused by aggressive deposits can significantly shorten the service life of your tank. Our coatings form a second, oil-resistant layer that specifically protects the area most vulnerable to corrosion—where condensation accumulates. Even for tanks that are already damaged, this method can provide a reliable restoration solution. We provide a 15-year warranty on the leak-tightness of our coatings. This warranty is contingent upon professional tank cleaning and inspection by us or an authorized partner company after 5 and 10 years to ensure the long-term protection of your facility.
Leak protection
  • Leak testing:
    Use of test methods such as pressure tests or leak detection fluids
  • Refurbishment:
    Repair of leaks or replacement of defective components, welding of corrosion damage in the tank
  • Leak protection lining:
    A custom-made plastic inner liner and a non-woven fabric barrier prevent direct contact between the tank wall and its contents, providing effective corrosion protection. An integrated vacuum system with a leak detector continuously monitors the space between the tank wall and the inner liner. In the event of a malfunction, you will immediately receive a visual and audible alert to prevent leaks before environmental damage occurs.
